The programs starts everybody on the right foot in terms of the results, it just hammers down on how important training is and it also introduces them to certain bylaws and standards that as a sales person they need to abide by to make sure the industry as a whole is in good position. 

I will absolutely recommend this program to other dealerships, I think it is a great program that really equips our sales consultants with all the tools they need to be a great corporate citizen, represent our industry in a very positive light and as well as truly help the customers.

The biggest thing I have noticed is the pride and professionalism the salespeople have once they have completed the certification, because they have a better understanding of what it means to be a professional salesperson.

The Sales Certification Program has really helped to improve our sales team from a level of awareness of regulations and customer demands, tendencies, preferences.
